You can move from one place to another and still feel a sense of belonging. You can adapt to new environments, yet feel displaced. Growing up in various places left me with a mixed sense of belonging and displacement, shaping my identity both as an individual and as part of a collective. This constant movement and the resulting feelings of alienation made me acutely aware of how environments and experiences shape perception.

This awareness fuels my interest in how media evolve and influence society, particularly the interplay between individuals and technology. By examining these dynamics, I aim to understand and reflect on the complexities of our fast-changing reality. I create images and interactive experiences using mediums like photography, videography, CGI, AI, and game engines. Often overwhelmed and confused by how things work, I am driven to question and challenge established concepts. Through experimentation, I adapt my work process to each topic, reflecting the complex social constructs we live in.

I approach my surroundings as if seeing them for the first time, critically examining the socio-political space, the sense of identity, and our reactions to rapid technological changes. Each project challenges both myself and the viewer to see the familiar in unfamiliar ways. My work often carries a tone of dark humor, exploring themes of utopia/dystopia, alienation, and disorientation.
What happens when we introduce glitches into our fundamental understanding of reality and perception? How do we navigate the blurred lines between truth and misinformation? Through my work, I seek to provoke thought about the systems that shape our lives, urging us all to find sense within the ever-changing landscape.
